GUAPO COMICS AND COFFEE TURNS 2!

January 29th marks the second birthday of Guapo Comics and Coffee at 6416 SE Foster Rd. The Foster Road neighborhood has seen a great deal of improvement in the last couple years with Guapo Comics and Coffee helping to lead the way. Businesses have closed and businesses have opened, while Guapo has soldiered on. This last year has brought a broader range of products, multiple store improvements, and more community involvment.

To celebrate our second birthday we will be having a party and sale Saturday, February 9th. All Marvel, DC, Image, and Darkhorse graphic novels and trades are 20% off cover price. Select books are 50% off! All comics in our back issue section are $1.50 or 8 comics for $10!

We’ll also be having a raffle with awesome prizes! Tickets will be sold throughout the day with the winners posted on the store website.

Voodoo donuts will be for sale, and free snacks and beer will be provided. Come celebrate with us another year in business and check out our brand new 2008 look.

The sale goes all day and the party goes from 6pm to 9pm.
